EasyVest will no longer be available as part of our new digital banking platform launching this fall. To ensure uninterrupted access to your funds, we’re committed to helping you find the best solution for your investment needs.
What You Need to Know
- Why is this happening? EasyVest won’t be supported in our new digital banking experience launching this fall. We want to ensure you have clear options for managing your investments going forward.
- What are my options? You can either close your EasyVest account and transfer funds to your ELGA Credit Union accounts, or transfer your investments to another investment service of your choosing, or with our Wealth Management team.
- What happens to my money? Your funds and investments are completely secure. You have full control over where they go next.
- Will someone help me decide? Yes! Our Wealth Management team will be reaching out to EasyVest account holders to discuss options and help you make the best decision for your situation.
Your Options
- Option 1: Close Your Account – Transfer all funds to your ELGA Credit Union checking or savings account for a $0.25 ACH fee. This is the simplest option if you prefer to have your money readily accessible.
- Option 2: Transfer Your Investments Move your investments to another service of your choosing or with our Wealth Management team. EasyVest charges a $65 fee for ACAT transfers, but your portfolio remains invested.

ELGA CU and COPOCO CU have applied to their regulators to merge into one credit union. The merger requires approval of the NCUA, Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services, and members of COPOCO CU.
When do I need to decide?
We’ll provide advance notice before access ends. Our wealth management team will contact you to discuss timing and options.
Are there fees involved?
Closing your account and transferring funds to ELGA Credit Union costs $0.25 (ACH fee). If you choose to transfer investments to another service, EasyVest charges a $65 transfer fee.
