*Early Pay is an automatic feature of your ELGA Credit Union account that may allow you to access eligible direct deposits up to two days early (and up to five days early for certain federal payments). You must have an active direct deposit set up to be eligible. Early Pay is not guaranteed. Availability depends on when we receive payment instructions from your employer or other payer. We do not guarantee that any direct deposit will be posted before its scheduled settlement date. Some direct deposit types may not be eligible for Early Pay, including Health Savings Account (HSA), Individual Retirement Account (IRA), and International ACH Transactions (IATs). It is at our discretion to identify which recurring direct deposits are eligible for Early Pay, and we may modify or discontinue this feature at any time without notice.
How To Enroll in Digital Banking
Third-Party App Connections
After the upgrade, most third-party apps (such as budgeting tools or payment apps) will need to be reconnected to your ELGA CU accounts.

How long will it take to connect my third-party aps?
Connection times vary by app. Some may reconnect within hours, while others could take a few days. Each app provider updates their connection on their own schedule.
Can ELGA reconnect my third-party apps for me?
Because these apps operate outside of our system, ELGA cannot reconnect them on your behalf. You’ll need to reconnect each app through its own settings or contact the app’s customer support for help.
What should I do if my third-party app can’t connect to ELGA CU?

Wait 24–48 hours after the upgrade before trying to reconnect.

Reconnect through the app’s Linked Accounts or Bank Connections section.

Remove the old ELGA connection, then add your account again as a new connection.

If issues persist after 72 hours, contact the app provider directly for assistance.

Why is ELGA Credit Union digital banking changing?
We’ve listened to your feedback. We know how important convenience is to you. The new features will help you simplify your life and get more out of your digital banking experience.
How will the change impact me?
If you are already using digital banking, you’ll be able to do the same things you do today, plus so much more. You will need to download the new app and reconfigure any alerts that you have set up.
If you are not already using digital banking, you’re able to enroll right away and start enjoying all the features of online and mobile banking.
Will I need to re-enroll?
Yes. Your current username and password will not carry over to the new experience.
What should I do after I enroll?
Here’s a quick checklist to help yo uget set up in the new digital banking platform:
- Create recipients for transfers to other ELGA CU members
- Set up account alerts
- Link external accounts from other financial institutions
- Verify any scheduled transfers
What if I need help during the transition?
Our team is fully trained and ready to help. Support is available online, by phone, and in-branch.
Will I need to download a new mobile app?
Yes, you will need to download a new mobile app. You are able to download the new ELGA Credit Union app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Will any of my account information be changing?
No. Your account numbers, debit card, and credit card numbers will all remain the same.
Is Bill Pay changing?
No, Bill Pay is not changing. All payees and payments currently set up will remain. You will still be able to access Bill Pay from digital banking.
Will my biometric login (fingerprint, Face ID) still work?
You will need to log in manually the first time and re-establish your biometric login preferences. After your initial login, you can enable biometric authentication in the Settings menu.
Will my previously trusted devices still be trusted?
No, you will need to log in from each of your devices and trust them again. After you have “remembered” each of your devices once, you will not need to do it again.
Can I use old links/bookmarks to access online banking, or do I need new ones?
Unfortunately the old links/bookmarks have changed. We recommend you delete the old ones now and update your favorites with the new links.
