Understanding Routing Numbers

A routing number is a nine‑digit code that identifies a financial institution during electronic transactions like direct deposit, ACH transfers, and bill payments. It ensures funds are directed to the correct bank or credit union.

ELGA Credit Union’s routing number is 272479935, which is used for all transaction types, including ACH and Fedwire transfers.
