On Tuesday, April 20th the ELGA Mobile Banking app will be updated to provide a more user friendly experience. The menu will have a new look to make the app even easier to navigate. 

If you have automatic updates turned on, there is no action you need to take. If you don't have automatic updates on, you will be prompted to update your app. You will not need to re-enroll in the app - your existing login credentials (username and password) will still work. 

Once your app is updated, you will see these new features:
My Offers: Click on "My Offers" to see your pre-approved loan offers. If you don't have any pre-approved offers, you can easily apply for a loan.
FAQ/Ask A Question: Try out our new Contact Us features like FAQ! This quick question-and-answer module allows you to get answers to frequently asked questions.                                                           
Video and Live Chat  Video Chat with one of our Lending experts!  Or, pick Live Chat to chat with one of our Call Center Agents.                                                                                                                          
Check Stop Payment: If you need to place a stop payment on a check you've written, you will now have the ability to do that within the Mobile App. The Check Stop Payment fee will still apply. 

With the ELGA Mobile Banking app you can view balances and transaction history, transfer funds, apply for loans, view eStatements, and so much more!
