Visa Credit Card Falcon statement
ELGA Credit Union uses a fraud monitoring company (Falcon) who may call our cardholders to verify suspicious transactions on their Visa credit card. It is important that if you are traveling out of the state/country that you notify the credit union of the dates and locations to prevent your card from being blocked. You may also update your account by providing the credit union with a cell phone number where you can be reached.
In the event that your card is blocked you may call Falcon at 800-437-9392 to verify the charges and/or remove the block on your card.
